St. Michael Christmas Sale- Dec. 13

posted Nov 29, 2018, 12:19 PM by Linda Ladouceur

The St. Michael’s School Council is hosting a Christmas Sale for all the school children on December 13th.

This is an opportunity for children and their families to donate gently used items from their homes which will then be sold to the children at the Christmas Sale. Kids will have the chance to buy Christmas gifts for their parents and siblings. Free gift wrapping will be provided. ALL items will be sold for one dollar each. The money raised will be used by the School Council to support the school. Unsold items will be donated to “The Opportunity Shop” in Arnprior. This organization is operated by volunteers and all the funds raised are used to support the Arnprior Hospital.

Children and families are asked to bring in gently used items that they are able to donate to the school on December 10th, 11th or 12th. Please ensure all items are appropriate for children to give as gifts to family members. Families that choose to participate are requested to donate the number of gifts they expect their family to purchase. Ideally the items would be an assortment of gifts that can be purchased for Mom, Dad, and siblings. This will ensure that there will be an equal distribution of gifts available for children to purchase for their family members.

On December 13th, each child should bring a loonie for each gift they plan to purchase.

We hope everyone will participate as this will be lots of fun for the kids. The School Council Wishes you and your family Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years.

 Your support is much appreciated.
